Storm ridden insulation

The pictures above show what happens when a roof leak causes the roofing insulation to get saturated and therefore of no use anymore. SERVPRO received the call and jumped right into action. They began by doing a full scope/evaluation of not just the attic but also on the roof to find the source of the loss. Once they were able to find the source of the loss, they began to execute the mitigation process by drying out the area, but before that  they pulled all of the existing insulation out. Once the area was dried and free of water stains and mold the team changed hats and put on there repair helmets and began to re-install the insulation to the roof joists. Once the job was complete the homeowners were very happy with the work SERVPRO provided for them, This one client now has sent us over 35 referrals, showing that if you take care of your clients they will remember you for a lifetime.
