Sub Pump Overflow

installing a sub pump in your home is a great way to prepare for the worst but be ready for the best. In this house the home received a record amount of snow over a very short period of time. The basement began to flood once the snow began to melt. Melting at a rate too aggressive for the sub pump to handle. Causing a major back up and eventually flooding the sub pump to a point where they had to bring in extractors to help elevate  the damage and allow the floor to start dry and contents begin the mitigation process.
