Moldy Shingles

Mold damage is something you typically see inside a home due to moisture sitting and eating organic matters. What we have here is the aftermath of moisture getting trapped between the shingles and the roofing ply wood. When this happens the area between the roof and the plywood can hold moisture in ad over time that can cause mold to build up. This mold was feeding off of the humidity in the air and also the wood it was in contact with. SERVPRO was ready to get started on the job the second the call came in. They got right out to the job and scoped the job, then went back built a game plan and estimate for the customer. Once the estimate was approved they sprung into action mitigating all the mold and replacing the shingles that were bad
