Commercial Oil Spill

When renting or owning you own apartment complex you must be prepared for anything. In the images above you can see the before and after of a major oil leak in this apartment complex basement. The loss was due to a pipe bursting in the basement when no tenants were home. By the time the SERVPRO team got on site the area was covered in over 3 feet of water! the team at SERVPRO followed strict IICRC & EPA protocols to make sure the job was done correctly and would effect the people and SERVPRO employees around it. When all was said and done SERVPRO was able to remove all the oil and begin laying powder down to suck up an residual spores on the floor. Overall it was a team effort to execute the job they way it was done.
